The scams have become increasingly convincing, copying official branding and communication styles.

Shibarium Trustwatch, a community monitoring account, confirmed that these fraudulent operations appear highly realistic. The watchdog emphasized that attackers have refined their methods to resemble legitimate Shiba Inu communications closely.

The development team stressed that shib.io is the only authorized source for authentic project links and updates. Users should verify all communications through this official website before taking any action.

Team members warned against rushing into wallet connections or approving transactions from unverified Discord links. The scammers often create urgency to pressure users into making hasty decisions without proper verification.

Recent concerns escalated when a community member reported that the Shiba Inu Deployer 1 wallet had been compromised. The user cautioned that unauthorized token launches were occurring from this address.

Developer Kaal Dhairya quickly responded to community fears. He clarified that no official ecosystem components were linked to the compromised wallet. Any future tokens originating from this address should be considered potential scams.
